About Us

The Newcomers Club of Oak Park & River Forest is a social and service organization designed to introduce its members to fellow residents who share common interests. We encourage all residents of Oak Park and River Forest to learn about our club since we offer a variety of activities for people of all ages and interests.

As a member of the Newcomers Club of Oak Park & River Forest, you are invited to many activities and special events throughout the year. From family activities and holiday parties to philanthropy and sporting events - there's something for everyone! Members will receive an annual membership directory and a monthly newsletter to keep informed about what is happening with the club.

Annual dues to join the club are $30 for singles and couples, $35 for families. Checks are made payable each September to OPRF Newcomers.New members may join anytime during the year by simply paying the annual membership dues. If you join between March and August, dues are only $15 for singles and couples, $18 for families. Please contact Julie Kantor, Membership Chair, for information about how to join the club. Current members should also contact Julie Kantor with any address changes or changes to other personal information.
